We decided somewhat last minute to host a New Year's Eve game night for some friends who stuck around for the holidays. It turned out to be a lot of fun! The "Big Kids" played card games, board games, and ate a lot of junk. The little ones had free reign of the basement toys and Pete's room. The very little ones went to bed at a decent hour, while the rest of us stayed up to ring in the new year. Pete and some friends fell asleep on the couch and missed the midnight festivities (although, they didn't miss much).

ReplyDeleteIt looks like you guys had a lot of fun! I'm sad we missed it. Someday we'll have to try putting our kids to bed at someone else's house. Maybe after I get over the mono, lol. See you at vball tomorrow!
